Q: How quickly will the VBEX heat my pool?
A: A VBEX heat pump will take anywhere from 12 hours to several days to heat your pool, depending on its size, starting temperature, ambient air temperature, and if you're using a swimming pool solar cover, which is 100% essential and significantly speeds up the process by reducing heat loss. 

Q: What size pool is this heat pump suitable for?
A: The VBEX 10kW model is designed for pools upto 50 m² surface area, but we would recommend that 40 to 50m³ is more appropriate and will make heating and maintain the pool a lot easier.

Q: Can I run this heat pump in winter?
A: Potentially. The VBEX has the capacity to heat your pool as it operates in ambient temperatures from -10°C to +43°C, with intelligent automatic defrost cycles when needed. Q: Does the VBEX run off a standard plug?
A: This heat pump comes with the plug and play upgrade option where the VBEX is fitted with a standard UK Plug and lead.
