RETURNS: This product can be returned in original packaging, suitable for resale, within 14 days from date of delivery. Returns should be sent via a "Signed For" carrier or post. A Returns Number must be obtained before sending goods back.

When we receive the item, our returns department confirm that everything is present and in its in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors..

The Sunspring Plug & Play Swimming Pool Heat Pump is an above ground pool heat pump that does not need to be hard wired in on most of its models. Designed for above ground swimming pool pools the 5kw, 8kw & 12kw Sunspring Plug & Play Swimming Pool Heat Pump will plug straight into a 13 amp socket. This can reduce the initial cost by up to £500 as there is no need for an electrician to hard wire the unit in. 

We have other ranges of Plug & Play Swimming Pool Heat Pumps available, which are less expensive than the Sunspring Heat Pump, but just as well made and all with 2 Year Warranties.

Below is a guide to the size of heat pump you can use for pool water volume. these are MAXIMUM POOL SIZES, so It is always advisable to go for a larger than specified heat pump, if your budget allows as the pool water will be maintained at a higher temperature more easily and potentially will provide additional months of use outside the main 3 summer months. Supplied with graduated hose-tails to connect to 1.25" & 1.5" flexible hose as well as Glue Sockets for 50mm or 1.5" rigid pipe - no bypass kit is required

The Sunspring Heatpump comes with a 2 Year Collect & Replace Warranty, giving you complete peace of mind if in the unlikely event there a fault develops.
