This product can be returned in original packaging, suitable for resale, within 14 days from date of delivery. Returns should be sent via a "Signed For" carrier or post.

When we receive the item, our returns department confirm that everything is present and in its in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. The Heatseeker is designed with Longevity in mind. The ports are all internal thread, removing any chance of the heat exchanger being damaged by accidently knocking the returns, a simple best practice solution. This is not usually found on most heat pumps as it involves a lot more design and engineering, but it will mean your Rio will normally last a lot longer than other makes.

A reverse cycle defrost, using the super-heated gas rather than the pool water to defrost the evaporator fins, allows the Heatseeker to effectively work down to very low temperatures. This is the best method for defrosting any heat pump.
